Enquiry information
When enabled and submitted, the form includes your name, phone, project, home type and optional budget, with page and campaign attribution, a general device category and a request identifier. Country, calling code, language and self-declared visitor market help route international enquiries. We do not request identity documents, payment data or precise location.
Where requests are recorded
Requests pass through the website server to Google Apps Script and the marketing team’s designated Google Sheet. Names and phone numbers are not included in analytics events.
Session information and optional measurement
Session storage can preserve enquiry attribution and a confirmation identifier across your visit. External analytics load only when configured and accepted. You can change your choice through the measurement preferences in the footer.
Phone and WhatsApp
WhatsApp links open an external service with a project-specific draft message. You choose whether to send it. Phone links open your calling application.
Retention and periodic review
Madinet Masr Hub retains enquiry records only while necessary for the disclosed enquiry, lawful sales follow-up or another applicable lawful purpose. We consider the customer's buying timeframe, the enquiry's status, valid permissions, rights requests and any specific legal obligation.
We review active and long-cycle enquiries every six months. Dormant enquiries are reviewed after 24 months without a substantive customer interaction; this is a review trigger, not automatic deletion. Continued identifiable retention requires a documented lawful purpose and a next review date. Data is removed or effectively anonymized when no lawful purpose remains, subject to any applicable legal hold.
A withdrawal or valid objection stops the relevant marketing follow-up. A limited record may still be required to respect that choice or meet a specific lawful obligation; any applicable exception to a deletion request will be explained. Sending an outbound marketing message does not by itself restart the retention review period.
