MADINET MASR HUB · PROJECT INFORMATION

Madinet Masr prices and payment plans: reading a quotation

A useful current price belongs to an identified unit and a dated offer. Ask for the finishing specification, delivery terms, currency, fees and full payment schedule. We do not invent Madinet Masr starting prices or publish unverified payment plans.

What should the quotation contain?

ItemWhat to confirm in writing
UnitUnit, building and phase identifiers
AreaGross, net and outdoor areas
FinishingIncluded specifications and exclusions
Total priceAmount and settlement currency
PaymentsDeposit and every instalment date
Other costsMaintenance, club, parking and other fees
HandoverDate, specification and conditions
ValidityOffer expiry and inventory confirmation

Does a longer payment plan mean a better deal?

Not on its own. Compare the total commitment and payment dates against your circumstances. A cash price may differ from an instalment price. Do not infer a guaranteed discount or affordability from an advertised deposit.

Why not use one headline price?

It may apply to a different layout, phase or expired campaign. Empty or zero-valued website fields are not sale prices. Request a quotation matching the home you are considering and verify it before making a commitment.

Enquire by project

For overseas purchases, ask your bank and professional advisers about currency settlement, transfer charges and any reporting requirements. No exchange rate or personal financial outcome is assumed here.

Build a dated payment ledger, not a monthly estimate

Create one row for each obligation in the written offer. A reservation payment, deposit, recurring instalment, annual payment and handover payment may have different dates. Ask whether the reservation amount is included in the quoted deposit before adding both: otherwise you can double-count the same payment.

Reconcile the numbers before comparing

  1. Sum payments counted toward the home price once. Reconcile that sum with the quoted total; ask about any difference.
  2. List charges outside the home price separately. Mark unspecified charges as unknown, not zero.
  3. Compare amounts due over the same first-year and handover periods for both offers. Do not smooth uneven payments into an invented equal monthly plan.
  4. Keep fit-out, furniture and bank/transfer costs in a separate personal budget. They are not developer terms unless expressly stated.

Download the blank quotation worksheet (CSV) — open in a spreadsheet or print the table above. Keep personal financial information locally; this worksheet does not submit or store it on the website.

Ask for a revised written offer if the arithmetic or scope is unclear. This worksheet organises evidence; it does not establish an interest rate, financing suitability or a current promotion.
