Madinet Masr announced The Butterfly through its subsidiary Minka on Al-Amal Axis in Mostakbal City. Its concept draws on butterfly wings and the integration of homes, landscaped spaces and water features.
The announced plan covers 187 feddans and presented S-Villas, townhouses and standalone villas with contemporary architecture and natural colours.
The plan also includes a commercial frontage of 729 metres, walking and cycling routes, and community and wellness components. The delivery and operating status of each component depends on the phase and should be confirmed during an enquiry.
