A new retail addition at Tajed expands the service mix available within Taj City, New Cairo.
Madinet Masr announced on 20 April 2026 the opening of a Carrefour store at Tajed, the integrated commercial district within Taj City in New Cairo.
The opening adds an everyday retail service to the commercial district and supports the mixed-use approach of bringing homes, services and business activity into one destination.
Taj City sits on Suez Road near the Ring Road and Cairo International Airport. It includes residential neighbourhoods and commercial components whose operating status varies by phase.
When assessing a Taj City home, compare its position relative to entrances, services and commercial areas, then request a current statement of availability, price, finishing, delivery and the complete payment schedule.
